By accessing GameVidChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GameVidChat provides private chat rooms using PlugDB, a custom database with per-room encryption. Each room is stored as an independent encrypted file. We do not have access to message content or encryption keys.
You agree not to use GameVidChat to:
You are solely responsible for your conduct and content in chat rooms you create or join.
Due to per-room encryption, GameVidChat cannot proactively monitor message content. We act on reports submitted via our Report Abuse page. Upon valid report of illegal activity, we may delete the entire room. We comply with lawful orders from Indian authorities by providing encrypted room files. We do not hold decryption keys.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice. Room deletion is permanent and irreversible.
GameVidChat is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameVidChat and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user-generated content or use of the service. This does not limit liability where prohibited by law.
GameVidChat claims safe harbour as an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000 and complies with IT Rules, 2021. Our Grievance Officer can be contacted for complaints. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Khurja, Uttar pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
